AEMTech provides GrowthOS, AEMTech Web Services, customer portals, digital products, and related business technology services.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how users can contact us about their data.
Information We Collect
When you use AEMTech services, we may collect:
- Account information such as name, email address, and business information
- Instagram account information when you choose to connect Instagram
- Facebook Page information required to connect an Instagram Business or Creator account
- Content you create, upload, schedule, or publish through GrowthOS
- Usage and diagnostic information needed to operate and improve the product
- Web Services onboarding details, agreement records, website support requests, billing status, and business-specific website lead submissions
Instagram and Meta Data
If you connect Instagram, GrowthOS may access information permitted by Meta's APIs, such as:
- Instagram account ID and username
- Connected Facebook Page information
- Media and captions you choose to create, schedule, or publish
- Publishing status and related metadata
We use this information only to provide GrowthOS features, including connecting your account, managing content, and publishing content you authorize.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide and operate AEMTech products, Web Services, and customer portals
- Build, host, maintain, and support customer websites
- Process onboarding, agreement, billing, portal, and support activity
- Connect and authenticate Instagram accounts
- Create, schedule, and publish content
- Provide customer support
- Improve product reliability and security
- Comply with legal and platform requirements
Data Sharing
We do not sell user data.
We may share limited information with service providers only as needed to operate AEMTech services, such as hosting, database, storage, email, payment, and Meta/Instagram API services.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information as needed to provide AEMTech services and meet legal, billing, security, fraud-prevention, tax, and dispute obligations. Web Services customers may request an export of business-specific website lead submissions during active service and for 30 days after service ends. Project data may be removed from active systems after that period. Backups may remain until overwritten through ordinary backup rotation.

Users may also disconnect Instagram from GrowthOS or revoke app access through their Instagram or Meta account settings.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
Third-Party Services
AEMTech services may integrate with third-party services, including Stripe, hosting, domain, email, analytics, Meta, and Instagram providers. Use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
